I’ve always felt that though we’re a small team, we are an experienced, agile, and technically capable team with a track record of success on a wide variety of projects in higher education (and, in our prior lives, beyond higher education). I am the technical lead, which involves everything from technology strategy to content management system selection to website implementation, training, and support. My job is to make to make the website work.
I’ve been a working on web projects since 1994. I began my career at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, and in 1996 I took a position at Global Image (Global Image was mStoner’s sister company until we became one big, happy family in 2010.) In my time with Global Image, I worked as a developer, project manager, and technical lead on projects in higher education, health care, financial services, ecommerce, and more. I have a strong background in software development, along with experience with multiple content management systems, database platforms, programming languages, and various types of system integration on the web.
My project portfolio includes Princeton University, the University of Idaho, the Kentucky Community & Technical Colleges System, the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and Cabrini College. Recent work I’m particularly proud of:
I hold a BA in English and environmental studies from Oberlin College and have certifications from Microsoft and Cognos, as well as a number of content management systems.
