Rob Cima     Partner, Co-Founder, and Chief Technology Officer

Hi there, my name’s Rob, and I’m a co-founder and the chief technology officer of the firm. I also founded ThinkTank Analytics, also based in St. Louis, which provides technology tools for growth for banks and credit unions.

Since 1995, I’ve consulted with sales and marketing professionals to help them gain better customer insight, automate processes and ultimately drive competitive advantage. I pride myself on being able to turn “fuzzy” concepts into concrete tactics, living where the proverbial “rubber meets the road.”

I started my career as a network engineer at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where I was responsible for rolling out the University’s first campus-wide network. I first began working with the Internet in 1991, built my first website in 1994, and am the author of Windows 95 Connectivity, published by Que Books.
