When your website goes live, your branding initiative goes public, your viewbooks hit the mail house, your billboards get hung, and your president bursts into your office crying with what we hope is joy.
But it’s not the end. We’ll check in periodically to see how things are going. We’ll fix any outstanding bugs or issues and finish up any remaining training or documentation.
And that’s it. You’re done. You can still call us when you’re in town. We can still go out for a drink. But if we’ve done our job right, you shouldn’t need us again—until you have another project for us to develop.
