Lauren Anderson keeps our operations running on all cylinders by managing everything from vendor relationships and annual party planning, to all things finance and HR.
She enjoys being a highly organized person, though she’s quick to add that she also loves being flexible and doing whatever she can to make her team member’s lives easier.
In Lauren’s prior roles, she found success by good-ol-fashioned hard work and maximizing the opportunities presented. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology and criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a professional certification in HR from SHRM. Pre-career, Lauren taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in Busan, South Korea for two years, where she met her husband. The two of them are passionate about traveling with (or without!) their young children and enjoy experimenting with adventurous cuisine in their kitchen.
