Kim Ward

Lead Front-end Developer

As the lead front-end developer, Kim spends her days collaborating with clients and the mStoner team to build and implement innovative websites.

With a background in design and art history, she is uniquely positioned to work with our talented creative team to produce forward-thinking, responsive, and scalable front-end designs. Kim actively stays abreast of coding best practices and technologies to continually enhance mStoner’s capabilities.

She has come full-circle in her career: her first position after college was building websites and blogs for Saint Louis University’s libraries. More recently, she worked as a front-end developer building e-commerce websites. Kim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in communication design with a minor in art history from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. She spends her free time volunteering with Arch Reactor, a makerspace in Saint Louis, where she teaches programming classes and mentors young students interested in technology and art. Kim has helped out with everything from mini-hack events with elementary students to robotics championships.
