Where I’m from.
Originally from the Mitten State, I earned my B.F.A. from Grand Valley State University (in Grand Rapids, MI). After graduation, I spent some time in NYC interning at Glamour Magazine, and then working with Redken International (part of the L’Oreal brand). In 2012, I moved back to the Midwest to be closer to friends and family, and I planted my roots in the great city of Chicago.
Who I am.
A creative designer with a passion for smart decisions and new ideas. I have a huge Peter-Pan complex, and refuse to grow up 100%. When I’m not quoting Mean Girls, I’m running along Lake Michigan or enjoying a rowdy time with my beloved friends and fraternity brothers.
My greatest accomplishment in life will be when I publish my first graphic novel — if I ever decide what it’s going to be about!
