Johns Hopkins University is searching for a front end developer

Nov 12, 2014By mStoner Staff

The Office of Communications at Johns Hopkins University is hiring a front end developer. The position reports to the director of digital strategy and is part of a central team that provides development, analysis of websites, web-based applications, and web-based services. The HR site at JHU offers more detail about the position.

This is a super opportunity for the right person. The digital team at JHU is a sharp and talented bunch. But don’t take my word for it. Remember The Hub? Yep, that’s the team I’m talking about. Developed internally, The Hub was a bronze award winner in the 2013 CASE Circle of Excellence Awards. Who wouldn’t want to be part of that kind of success?

If you’re looking for the chance to be part of an office focused on JHU students, faculty, and staff as “newsmakers,” this is the right job for you. Consider how your skills and experience might fit with the team in JHU’s Office of Communications that “tells their stories and documents their discoveries in print and online, via social media, through videos, and in the national press.”
