The business development specialist, reporting to the director of marketing and sales, will be involved in all aspects of mStoner’s sales efforts and initiatives. An energetic, consultative selling style is essential. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of mStoner’s core business and desire to become a subject matter expert in topics core to our business and in the business challenges facing our clients.
The successful candidate must be a strong writer and an excellent communicator, highly organized, and attentive to detail. Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects and prioritize work will be key to success. The ideal candidate will have a goal‐oriented mindset, ready to achieve targets.
This is an excellent position for those with business development or sales experience, looking to move up and gain responsibility. Due to the unique work of our agency, this is also a great position for someone with agency or higher education experience in admissions or marketing.
