As Account Manager, Laura Birdsall unites account and project management to create a positive and collaborative client engagement experience.
She is involved in every aspect of the client experience at mStoner. From ensuring a smooth onboarding process to creating and executing their integrated strategies, Laura advocates for the needs of our clients at every step in the project.
Laura’s background is rooted in higher education. She spent four years in admissions at the University of Vermont before moving to a senior program manager role at Technolutions. Laura managed partner colleges and universities throughout their implementation of Slate, Technolutions’ popular CRM for admissions and advancement, and assisted clients with translating their business processes into efficient Slate processes.
Laura holds a master of education in higher education and student affairs from the University of Vermont as well as a bachelor of science in biomedical sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology. A resident of Burlington, Vermont, Laura has found great satisfaction in being part of the state's thriving communities. She teaches yoga and volunteers at her non-profit yoga studio.
