More than 67% of blog readers find through through links on other blogs-though I find it hard to believe that many readers have the patience to scroll through a long blogroll-and 232% find blogs through a recommendation. When asked what readers do to assess the credibility of a blog, readers rely on quality of writing (51.5%), author reputation (38%), recommendations (23.5%). And personal opinion is the most important characteristic separating blogs from other online media.
